Located on the outskirts of the village of Wick, our retreat enjoys the unique privilege of both facing and backing onto vast farmland, offering a peaceful rural escape.

We invite you to unwind and discover the beauty of our little slice of history in this idyllic setting. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, our retreat offers the perfect base for your escape.

Welcome to the Living Room for comfort and relaxation. you will find a comfortable sofa and chair, and an electric fire that sets the perfect mood for a quiet evening in.

The coffee table, side tables, and lamps provide ample lighting and surface area for drinks, snacks, and reading materials.

Catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie on our large screen TV, complete with a DVD player. The large windows in the room offer stunning views of the front garden and let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The well-equipped kitchen is the perfect space for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is light and airy, with windows that provide stunning views of the garden, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.

If you love to cook, you’ll be delighted to find an electric oven with an induction hob, perfect for preparing all your favourite dishes. And if you’re just looking to warm up a quick meal or snack, the microwave will do the trick.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine , and a washing machine.

The dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your meals, with seating for 4 and a beautiful view of the garden. Whether you are enjoying a romantic dinner for two or a family meal, our kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Our cottage boasts a large garden, complete with a table on the side of the Annexe, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while listening to the birdsong and taking in the picturesque countryside views. You’ll also be able to walk around the garden and admire the beautiful flowers, watch the canaries in the aviary, and spot the carps swimming in the pond.
