How do I book a stay at the Annexe Yew Tree Cottage?

You will find that the easiest way to book is online.
Click ‘Book now’ to take you to the secure online booking form. This will take you through the different stages, including taking your payment.
You can also complete the booking over the phone by calling us on 07736 448853 or 01179372382.

How much does it cost?

Click on the book now and check out the dates that you would like to book. You should be given the cost then.  It does depend on the time of year and the length of your stay.  

How much is the deposit?

We require 25% of the cost of your holiday when you book and the balance 4 weeks before your arrival.

Is the Annexe accessible for people with limited mobility?

The Annexe is on one level.  There is a small step to get into the shower. You can refer to our accessibility policy for more details https://www.yewtreebath.co.uk/access-statement/

What is provided in The Annexe?

A welcome pack is provided with a small cake and a bag of fudges.  We also provide a pint of milk, some tea bags, coffee pods, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. You will also find tea towels and sponge as well as washing-up liquid.
Bed linen and towels are also provided.   There are also toiletries in the bathroom (handwash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.  We put 2 toilet rolls to get you started

Is there free parking?

Yes, you will be able to park in our drive.  There is also a lot of space for parking on the grass in front of the Annexe (providing the weather is not too wet) or in the layby opposite.

Can I bring my pet?

We are sorry but we do not accept pets.  

What is the Annexe capacity?

We can only accept 2 persons 

What time is checking-in and checking-out?

Checking-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.

How do I get the keys?

There is a safe key box- All the details and code on how to access the Annexe will be sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival.

Do I need to clean the Annexe before I leave?

We ask you to leave the Annexe as clean and tidy as you found it. We provide a broom, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner, and mop.
We ask you to put bedlinen and towels in the bags provided.

How far is the Annexe from local amenities?

There is a small supermarket as well as a Chinese/ fish and chips take away in the village about 1 mile away from the Annexe.  Local pubs are also 1 mile and a half away.  The main supermarkets (Asda, Sainsbury are 4 miles away)

Do I need a car?

We recommend a car although some guests do use public transport.  There are buses to Bath and Bristol, but it is quite limited.
